Betting On Culinary Growth In Ensenada…

 

Raw Oyster Bar presents us with a new way of eating seafood, adapting to the user’s palate, to make this gastronomic experience unique and pleasant. The project began in 2019 taking place in Valle De Guadalupe and changed location in 2021 to the city of Ensenada without changing its essence and concept. Undoubtedly an exceptional and suitable place to eat seafood, and although its name mentions it, Raw Oyster Bar goes further, offering varied dishes such as meat, pasta, among others, always presenting its dishes with the philosophy attached to honesty to achieve a more special experience for the user.

A unique kitchen headed by Chef Melissa Navarro Ocegueda, an adventurous person with a great attachment to nature and a love for the Baja, having as future and incredible plans if the public allows it, to offer tours to different places in the Baja where together with its culinary team, offer unique experiences of each destination with fresh and local fishing. The idea was born from the Chef’s personal taste for these places and her vision of giving different experiences that the diner enjoys in a different way than what is usually presented, as well as achieving a more personal approach with each one. We know that sharing is an act of union and the Raw Oyster bar experience is no exception, giving Ensenada the opportunity to grow as a culinary tourist city, encouraging users to participate in local experiences with the same quality and satisfaction as luxurious destinations.
